Inkontext was called to the picturesque Lauerzsee to develop an individual living concept for a family. The process began with revising the existing floor plans, which we adapted to meet the residents' individual needs.

The focus of the concept was the seamless connection between the kitchen and dining area with the living area on the upper floor, offering a sttunning view over Lake Lauerz. Here we created a light-filled, open staircase that, thanks to vertical slats, creates a stylish connection to the living room on the top floor.

After the floor plan design, Inkontext designed all built-in furniture and  developed a harmonious color and material concept, which also included the facade. The design was closely coordinated with the client and communicated to the executing contractors. We accompanied the realization and were available on-site to answer any project-related questions.
